About Me
Harriet Lovegrove-Lines
Founder/Director
I am a Family Support Practitioner with over 18 years’ experience working alongside children, young people, and families facing complex challenges. My background spans local authority services, youth offending teams, and specialist interventions addressing substance misuse, self-harm, exploitation, and family crisis.
I am trained in psychodynamic counselling, brief focused solution therapy, and motivational interviewing, combining professional insight with a compassionate, non-judgemental approach. I have extensive experience as a Designated Safeguarding Lead and have led multidisciplinary teams supporting families at critical moments. I am passionate about empowering parents and young people to rebuild connection, strengthen resilience, and create safer, more positive futures.
EXPERIENCE
With over 18 years’ experience in Substance misuse, Self-harm and emotional distress, Gangs & exploitation (county lines), Family conflict & crisis, Parenting challenges, School refusal and exclusion risk.
